Football remains the most potent tool to engage the youth, especially, those with football talents. While the Nigerian system has continued to embrace football as a game, the rest of the world continue to leverage on the power of football to engage and empower the youths.
In spite of the lack proper adoption of football as an instrument of financial empowerment, the Nigerian youths have successfully broken several barriers on
their ways to becoming some of the best in the world of football. Players like Kanu, Ikpeba, Okocha, Amokachi, Taribo etc, all came from below average families but through football, they became wealthy and job creators.
Today, Victor Osimeh who once sold “pure water” on the streets of Lagos is on his way to becoming the Best Rated footballer from the continent of Africa.

The six-month placement enables trainees to be part of an environment where the values of conditioning, psychology, speed and technique are paramount and will provide immense value to all involved. Those involved in the projects will also experience social and cultural practices within a European setting, which is also key to widening the horizon of opportunity that is open to them.
The Pro version is a 1-year placement that affords the players the opportunity to play for professional clubs in Europe. All players in this programme must be 18 years or above.
Accommodation: while players are expected to feed from their monthly allowances, our partner-clubs shall provide very decent accommodation in both categories.
Trainees are offered a one-year work permit to work in the European country where the club is based.
Based on evaluation, if the quality of the trainee is considered good enough, such trainee will be offered a professional contract during or at the end of the one year programme.
Trainees may feature in clubs’ official matches during their stay and will earn monthly allowances.
If trainee is not considered good enough for a professional contract, we shall offer our professional advice if such trainee should stay for another season or return to Nigeria to join any of our partner-clubs.
