The KIFA BallTalentPlus is a Player Placement Programme designed to offer discovered football talents across the country the golden opportunity for total development in terms of exposure to modern football facilities and techniques in Europe, Asia and America.
What the
project offers
KIFA Talent Plus is aimed at promoting football talent development in a bid to prepare these talents, setting them up for football jobs, on and off the pitch, around the world. Our goal is to transform the raw Nigerian football talent with identified potentials into a market ready global player.
Quickening the development of Nigerian young footballers, fast tracking their growth from amateur to pro.
Embedding lifelong learning principles and transferable skills to these talents.
Improving knowledge and understanding of the European opportunities in football and other careers.
Undertaking a social and cultural programme including the use of the host language to a basic level.
Achieving a professional football contract at European clubs.
